A Family Man by Amanda Brookfield
Read by Gordon Griffin
When Matt Webster gets a call from his wife asking him to pick up their son from the nursery, he doesn't realize that his wife has left him. When he eventually finds her two-line note, he is shocked with disbelief, especially since she has abandoned four-year-old Josh. Matt has been something of a hands-off parent prior to his wife's departure and has little experience of looking after Josh on a full-time basis.
However, as the weeks stretch on, Matt finds that not only is he able to cope, he actually enjoys it. His son is Matt's ticket into a completely different world, populated almost entirely by women. It's not until he tries to live in both this and his usual sphere that the real problems arise.
