Children's audio books = parent heaven. Start them early and you’ll set them off on a road of discovery and a lifetime of pleasure in books. With books on CD, you can introduce them to children's audiobooks and save yourself becoming Bill Murray in Groundhog Day. Children's audiobooks get used again and again…and again, so you’ll get great value for money with our audio book rental club. For those struggling to read, you can’t beat giving them a children's audiobook as an easier entry point than the printed page.
Keep the little darlings occupied for hours with an audio book - little ones can learn numbers and letters with some glorious teach-yourself shout-along CDs, bigger kids can immerse themselves in Mark Twain or Meg Cabot, and adventures a little more up to date than the Famous Five, and even big kids can indulge their pangs for nostalgia by forcefeeding their offspring their favourite childrens audiobooks, with classics like
The Railway Children or
Billy Bunter. Try giving them a book of a film on CD, or pitch your favourites against theirs.
